Why are other countries looking at America with disgust, as they have their own problems in their countries? And why is it America's job to come to the aid of everyone else, even if we are hated by other countries?

I don't necessarily think it's America's Fault for the World's problems I just think it's jealousy, if other countries would stop they're political strife and start focusing on they're domestic problems they could be as successful as America, as an example, before the Soviet Union was locked into the Arms Race with us they we're able to fully modernize their economy through 5-Year Plans but, once again they focused more on international problems and the spread of their ideology, which is why it failed but, its not because of its communist government because China is doing well as of late.
