I had sex with my boyfriend, we did use a condom and he did not finish inside of me. I was on my period at the time. But the thing is it is time for my next period and all I’m getting is a brown discharge, why is that?

I did travel from Houston to London and I been here for a month I don’t know if that could make any difference.

Please help me out, I’m desperate

That doesn't sound too concerning...have you been more active this month? If you've been very physically active all month, it could cause your period to be much lighter. Or it may not have started yet, and the brown discharge is just a precursor.

Unless you're having pain or discomfort, I really doubt it could be an STD. If the discharge persists, however, past the time it should, then I suppose it could be an infection, in which case you would need to see a gynecologist.

But don't worry yet!

You could be pregnant, but sometimes brown discharge before a period is normal (It happens to me sometimes).
