how do u download the sims 2 skins and stuff it only shows me the picture and stuff about it on planet the sims... its free right?

Sims 2 is a game that you have to purchase from Electronic Arts. I think it is under $50, but I am not sure. I do know that you have to purchase the expansion packs seperately.
