I have had hair 'down there' and breasts since I was 12, but I still haven't gotton my period. Why?

You need to go to a gynecologist to be checked out. Please talk to your mother and ask her to make an appointment for you. Without an examination, it's impossible to know what the cause might be.

That's actually not abnormal.
You should only be concerned if you are either underweight or overweight (or have some other medical problem you haven't mentioned). Are you either of those? If you're underweight, I don't know that there's much you can do about it and I wouldn't know anyway, but if you're overweight, it could be a sign of PCOS, hypothyroidism, Cushing's or some other disease that could affect your menstrual cycle.

Consider yourself lucky. Unless you intend to have kids RIGHT NOW, it's probably not worth trying to fix.
