No, but I know some people who did have that problem even up into their late teen years. Actually it seemed to plague the whole family. There was a father, mother and three boys. The father and mother both had bed wetting problems in their childhood, and then all three of the boys did until they were nearly 20. Then two of boy's children also had bed wetting problems.
So I think this is proof that a big part of it is genetic. It has something to do with a certain hormone that the brain is suppose to produce, but is slow to mature in people who wet the bed. Eventually they grow out of it. However I have heard there is medicine that you can take for it.

yes... This is vicks wife... I wet the bed until I was in the third grade. My parents put me on a program where I had to sleep on a metal mesh that I covered with a pillow case. It was connected to an alarm that when it got wet it would set off. It would wake me up and I would have to get up go to the bathroom splash my face with cold water (to wake up completely) then finish going to the bathroom then I had to clean up the mess, change the pillow case and reset the alarm. When I first started I was getting up 2 to 4 times a night. Over about three months I finally got to the point where I would wake up on my own before I had an accident. I guess that I would go into such a sound sleep that I was unable to wake myself up. Being on the program made my body aware of the need to go and aloud me to wake up on my own! Thank goodness cause what kind of mom would I be today if I couldn't wake up when my kids cry in the night?!!!

Yeah when my diaper leaked as a baby and then I think I was wetting the crib. So no I've never had a bed wetting problem.

Not at all...I'm perfectly capable of wetting my bed all by myself every night.

Sure did ! And on the first day of Primary School, I crapped my jammies and had to go back home to change.
