Take up a hobby...something that you enjoy doing. Read, workout, meditate, take a nap, volunteer your time in the community, take a class that interests you, call up a friend, dance, go for a drive....

Well when I have nothing but myself, no paper, no nothing...
I need to stay awake/ I am stuck in line etc:
I design things in my head: My dream house, the perfect amusement park, what a playground size for adults would look like, my ideally efficient wardrobe, the perfectly stocked bomb shelter, a restaurant with only foods I liked...etc.
When I want to fall asleep/ insomnia:
I start with one shape moving in my mind, like a bouncing ball, and then I add another one moving next to it, like a spinning pie wedge. Keep the ball bouncing and the pie wedge spinning. Now add scissors snipping open and closed. Keep adding simple shapes doing simple movements. They must all keep doing there movements, before you add another. See how many shapes you can have moving before you start to lose track of the first one. At a certain point you will kind of hypnotize yourself to sleep.
If you have paper your options get better to pass time. You need to know some origami though. Very soothing especially if you have anxiety you can't get treated and can't afford booze. Dare I say the perfect treat to get that obsessive compulsive monster off your back?
Paper and Pen pretty much gives you the world. This was major technology advancement at one point in the world. People really overlook this as a source of entertainment because there are TOO MANY options, not too few.
But generally I stick with the designing stuff and just draw it out now.
Plus you can get into non visually grounded abstract ideas like planning out political schemes, and fun little hykui.
In general if you have more tools at your disposal it is nice to do something productive that makes you well rounded. I guess I would say look at your strengths and weaknesses, the areas where you have less development try to put some energy towards that...
Since when free time is scarce in the future you are less likely to put time towards the things you dislike since they are not your natural inclinations.
So if you only speak one language try and pick up Spanish or Chinese. If you are a couch potato pick a sport and get rocking.
Something like that.

LOL I saw this question in q&a in spanish. It is usual being bored on sundays right? If you have a park close to your house walk a bit or go to the movies even if you go alone to watch a movie. Or call someone by phone. I will do that now.

Well, when I'm bored, either I play video games or play with my dog. But, that's just me. For every person, there is something to do that may be different for another person. You could search the internet for something. You could go explore your city. You could go to your local library and read anything. There are lot's to do, but do find those things, you have to look around.
