Really shouldn't play soccer barefoot. If you toe is hurting it could be broke. Only time will heal it. They can't do anything for a broken toe. But if it is bothering you a lot go see a doctor.
Try taking advil or ibuprofen. It will help with the pain and any inflammation.

Two things--either you broke your toe or you jammed it. If you broke your toe, the only thing that will fix it is time. Tape your injured toe to the toe right beside it and wait for it to heal. If you jammed your toe, you need to grab your toe and pull it. It will be painful as hell, but that will be the only way to free it if it is jammed. If you are doubtful, go see your doctor or your school coach. He/she will be experienced in dealing with sports injuries.
And don't play soccer barefoot anymore. :)

sprain or could be a hairline fracture....just keep it elevated. If you go to the doc he will basically do nothing take xrays and charge you out the yang.if you can still move it and the swelling and pain comes down after a couple days you are fine.they really don't do much for broken toes unless it is a compound fracture.

Welcome to the world of buckle fractures! Basically you "stubbed your toe" ! It is painful and there really is not much you can do about it! As with all injuries... have you GP look at it.. more than likely they will give you a pain reliever and tape your toe to another one!

Have you thought about having x-rays taken? If you are able to bend it, it is not broken. You may have just bruised it. Look for a color change, good indicator of a more serious condition.

Your toe could be broken. Is it bruised, showing any discoloration? Please go see a doctor. The foot has so many fine bones, it is incredibly easy to break one.

definite, to all the above. Clingy, communicate too plenty, call to often, too actual, definite all that. Plus no longer listening, no longer remembering, and not enable there be a quiet time once you're jointly.
