I'd check the following sites:
1.) The Craig's List for Columbus, Ohio - http://columbus.craigslist.org/
[See Using Craig's List to Find a Job - http://jobhunt.typepad.com/jobsearching/2006/07/using_craigs_li.html - for tips on getting the most out of Craig's List.]
2.) Job-Hunt.org for Ohio - http://www.job-hunt.org/jobs/ohio.shtml - links to a bunch of Columbus employers, including Battelle, Limited Brands, Ohio Health, SARK, Columbus Public Schools, Columbus town government, etc. as well as Craig's List and job support group 40 Plus of Central Ohio.
3.) Indeed.com - http://www.indeed.com - which aggregates job listings from thousands employer sites, online classified ads (except Craig's List), America's Job Bank, etc. I just did a test search using only city and state, and it listed over 18,000 jobs in Columbus, Ohio.
4.) The local newspaper online classifieds, mentioned by someone else, are also a good place to look.
Good luck!

Yes, people are hiring all over Columbus, it's a great job market. I don't know how old you are or what you are looking for but I'd much rather be looking for work in Columbus than where I'm at. You can check the daily classified ads for employment at http://columbusdispatch.com or you can go out. The malls like Easton and City Center are always hiring. There's a lot of fun places to work in the short north. I bet working at the Columbus Zoo would be a blast. Then there's always the Limited, that's a company where if you can get into (not the stores but the headquarters) where you can get frequent promotions working your way up through the ranks. How about COSI, or the Columbus Museum of Art? Something exciting, something different. I envy your opportunities and wish you luck!

Contrary to what Newman says, Columbus, Ohio is not a "great" job market. It's an "okay" job market. Some professions are more in demand than others. Even stable companies like Bisys are moving jobs internationally. So, that speaks for itself. He must not live here...I do, and have been job hunting for a while with excellent experience and education.
What are your career goals? Be specific. The major job boards have tons of people on them competing for the same job as you are. Networking has gotten me far more interviews than job boards.
Instead of the annoying Craig's List, try to get The Book of Lists, published by Business First. You can probably find it at your library. Look in the categories of business you'd like to work in, or it's also a good tool for finding Columbus' top companies. Good luck.
P.S. I think the outlook of a "great" job market here might depend on your occupation. Also, consider your salary expectations. Non-profit organizations versus not-for profit (there is a difference) and corporate when you look at job openings. Chase is always hiring, so is Nationwide (need specialized experience). Other good ones are Abbott, Alliance Data Systems, 5/3 Bank, and don't count out the government - state jobs. City Center- ghost mall...wouldn't waste my time.
