well, to tell the truth, it is unhealthy. if you want to have lots of energy, look great and live longer, you first have to get yourself into a good habit of eating more raw fruits and vegetables, nuts, seeds, legumes, and didtilled or filtered water. try not to eat a lot of meat, but do eat some fish, such as trout or salmon instead. also, i wouldn't recommend you to eat at restaurants and fast food restaurants, it's unhealthy, and causes you to gain weight obviously as well as increase chances of heart attack and stroke.(the more you eat healthy foods instead of junk foods etc., you'll find thathey taste really good too!)
as for the exercise, find some kind of sport(s) and/or fitness routine that you are interested in or were interested in. myself, i like to run long distance, because it has a natural anti-depressant effect on yu, you sleep better, and it improves your heart and lung capacity/ cardiovascular system. but if you can't seem to want to exercise, find a way to motivate yourself, like listening to music or whatever. or you could get a personal trainer or whatever to make sure you do the exercise.
just don't go into any diets, since they don't work. losing weightand improving health doesn't happen quickly. there are health magazines too that can help you. if you're canadian, there's 'vista' and 'alive'.
if you're willing to try this, i wish you luck and success!

I think that you should do what makes you happy.I'm a woman at 5 11 and 175 pounds.I use to weigh 150 but I'm happy with my weight.I no longer think thin is in.I don't have a big belly but i love my curves and my man loves it better.I think the only issue you have is the health part of it.You don't need to kill yourself doing push ups or sit ups but just be careful what you eat.I have heart failure but i got it from giving birth. You don't want to end up with heart problems when it couldv'e been prevented.I say live life to the fullest it's your life.As long as you love yourself then that's all that matters.Your young and that is a bit big for your age but just try to stay at that weight then.I'm not going over 175 for health reasons. You should eat right and walk if you don't really want to do the exercise. And sometimes if you feel like it exercise with the fork to your mouth too. That takes a lot of skill in the fingers too lol.

First and foremost, it is ok to be a little on the chunky side but when that chunky side turns into obesity, it is definitely not ok. You are putting your health at risk for all sorts of diseases especially heart disease. Though you may think your ok with it, you may want to rethink if you are. I was a very tiny 5'0 100 lb freshmen (i am a girl), and my junior year, i had put on 25 lbs. I thought I was ok with my figure but I wasnt. I started eating healthier and exercising. It is best to take care of your body because you will feel much better about yourself. When I lost all that weight, I began feeling better about myself and guys payed more attention to me. So my answer to you is rethink your situaiton. Eat right and exercise or you will be in a bad position when you are much older.

are you sure you don't mind it?? I'm sure you know you looked better when you were fit. The biggest danger here is that you will just get fatter and fatter if you keep this attitude and its harder to lose when you could prevent it in the first place. And think about being healthy- being overweight brings a lot of problems with it.

You now have a BMI of about 30. That is considered obese. You're too young to weigh this much, you have your whole life ahead of you, and you're probably cutting it off by doing this. You could very well get a heart attack because all this fat is clogging your arteries. This isn't safe, go on a diet.

At your age, it may be hard for you to believe it, but you're seriously endangering your health. You're leaving yourself open to diseases such as diabetes. You're putting a strain on all you vital organs. Please lose this weight now. It is much easier to do when you're young. Get active again. Take pride in yourself and the fact that you alone can control this! Whether you mind the way you look or not really isn't the issue. You're seriously stressing your body.
