Your question doesn't make much sense.

Sterols by definition have 4 fused rings of carbon atoms (3 rings of 6 and one ring of 5 carbon atoms), a -OH group at position 3 of the first ring and usually a carbon side chain

One sterol with an alkyl side chain at position 17 is cholesterol.

Don't know any sterol with a ring of 4 carbon atoms..
