There were no Native Americans on Plymouth Rock because there was no America. Certainly there were indigenous peoples in that part of the country. They were there because they migrated from somewhere else - perhaps another group drove them there or they emigrated from another part of the continent or another land mass entirely.

Yes they would have landed no matter what. They were intent on getting here to celebrate Thankgiving and play baseball.
