The information you seek is a matter of public record and can be found in the Recorders office in your county courthouse. Some newspapers publish lists of real estate transactions. They usually run about a month behind the closing date. Have you looked for this information in your local papers.

You can also call the real estate office that listed the property. they will usually tell you the selling price of a particular piece of property that they listed and/or sold.

Good luck with your search.
