Exercise, paying special attention to two things:

1 - General endurance (cardio) work. This can be something like running, cycling, using a treadmill, even brisk walking. If you haven't been on an exercise program before (and you're healthy enough to start one; disclaimer, medical condition, blah blah blah, doctor's permission, etc.), try to start with at least 10-15 minutes and work up from there (full workout timing later). This will build your body's ability to maintain the physical exertion of sex for longer without tiring you out completely.

2 - Strength training in the specific muscles you use during sex. You don't say whether you're male or female, so I can't be too specific about what exercises you should take up, but basically, think of where you get tired during sex and exercise that part of your body. For me (male), I find that I get tired in my arms & shoulders (from holding myself up to get a good angle of entry) and in my hips (from, uh, "driving" :-). So I do bench-presses, a rowing-like chest pull, a lower-back machine, and the butterfly. Oh, and don't use super-high weights; use moderate weights but do LOTS of repetitions. Heavy weights build bulk, light weights build endurance.

One major benefit -- when I'm working out regularly, I find that in addition to being able to keep going longer without getting tired, sex just plain FEELS better for me. I'm not sure why, whether it's that I don't get as fatigued or something else, but when I'm working out at least two or three days a week, being sexually aroused is more intense, the actual contact with my wife is far more pleasurable, and my orgasms are MUCH more explosive and longer-lasting.

So how long should you work out? I try to make it to the gym at least twice a week, just to make sure things don't "slip." If I can make it three times, my condition (and sex) improves from week to week. My doctor recently recommended that I bump it up to an hour a day -- 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of strength training -- and five or six days a week if possible. (Not JUST for sex... we want to bring my weight down and keep my heart in good condition, but sex is what motivates ME to keep going to the gym. Well, that and watching the hot babes in their skimpy workout shorts... which I guess amounts to much the same thing. :-)

I get to have sex everyday with my bf and still work a 10-12 hour shift. Quit whining and buy some vitamins.

You can, you just need to make it part of your routine and make sure you get plenty of rest. If you are sore, then take a day off. Lots of people have sex every day-- even more than once!
