yes but you have to change the fuel injector. it is a very common practice in Brazil

No not all of them. Here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area we are supplied with what is called a "summer blend"...it has about 15% ethanol in it.

Chevrolet has a new vehicle that will run on Ethanol, Gasoline or E85 (85% Ethanol and 15% gasoline.)

You can by a conversion kit, that will enable your car to use Ethanol fuel, They are relatively inexpensive...

it has to be an exact mixture approved
you can't just run it in any modern car.
has to do with the seals and metals used in the fuel system
