I love music and a very wide variety of it, and I love concerts, so I've seen a lot of bands (and artists). In no particular order, most I've seen are:

Naughty By Nature
Digital Underground
Mariah Carey
Jimmy Cliff
Whitesnake
Chicago
Third World

Yellowman
Morgan Heritage
Eagles

Cheap Trick
Survivor
Nadine Sutherland
Baja Men
Mikey Spice
Luciano
The I Threes
Maxi Priest
The Louisville Orchestra
The Florida Orchestra
...and more, but that's all I can think of right now.
I can honestly say that I was LEAST impressed with Spragga Benz and Cheryl Crow. Just wasn't too big on Spragga. Cheryl - she sounds good on cd, but not in person (or at least, not when I saw her).
Best shows? There are a lot, but some of my personal favorites have been (in no certain order):
White Heart
Eagles
The Steve Miller Band
Third World
Mariah Carey
Morgan Heritage
TOK
Tanto Metro & DeVonte
Kirk Franklin
Debbie Gibson (because of her attitude :-)

Spanning over so many years, since I am a senior citizen now I have seen many "live" concerts. The Beach Boys, Abba, Diana Ross, Dion and the Belmonts, Frankie Valli and the 4 Seasons, Dianne Warwick, the Fifth Dimension, Frankie Avalon, Bobby Vinton, and also lots of comedians. The best, as far as the venue, and the crowd, was the Beach Boys. There were already a few that had "gone", but it was outdoors, a big crowd, and their fans are the most enthusiastic. It was at their concert, that I found out that Barry Manilow was not the singer who wrote "I Write the Songs", but the Beach Boys drummer. I miss all of that now, as I live in Pa. instead of New York, and here we have only the same concerts, over and over.

Here's the list, and an odd one it is:
Billy Joel, Elton John (w/ Joel), Aerosmith, George Michael, Deon Estes, Black Crows, Cher, Cyndi Lauper, Dixie Chicks, U2, Genesis, Wool, Rage Against the Machine, Wynnona Judd, Michael Bolton, Alan Jackson, Shania Twain, Reba McIntire, Keith Urban, (some fairly popular chick, can't remember her name, she got big after I saw her as an opening act, all I can clearly remember is she was onstage in barefeet), Heart, Damn Yankees (after an Orioles game, go figure)
I think that might be it, but I have likely forgotten one or two. I did not count any that were strictly local, or ones that I saw briefly (I worked at a Stadium once and saw about 15 minutes og Sugar Ray).
The best show was U2, followed closely by Dixie Chicks (surprised me, but their show was great!)
However, the music was best when I saw Billy Joel and Elton John on their Pianomen tour. Simply amazing!

Even though I hated this band at first, when I saw them live they turned me around. She Wants Revenge.
