Mark is the younger half-brother of Jonathan Davis of Korn, both of whom were raised in Bakersfield, CA. He attended and graduated from Garces Memorial High School, a private Catholic school, in 1997. He is married and has a son, Marky Chavez III, born March 18, 2003.
Their self-titled debut album "Midnight Panic" is now avaible via their label's internet website.
Midnight Panic is expecting to release a follow-up LP including all the songs on featured on their debut EP, along with 4 additional songs and a bonus DVD, sometime in 2006. They have also announced that they have finished their first video for their single, "Tonight Is Our Last Night." The video is available via their myspace website as well as the song itself.

He left adema and started Midnight Panic with two of the original guys from filter.
They have an EP out.
