A sense of humor and honesty. There's nothing worse than finding out you've upset someone you care about or have been doing something they've been unhappy with a long while after the fact!

If he can put up with me and he has a great sense of humor... He is in like flynn. But only if he has a job and a car... Those are exceptions to rules 1 and 2.
