Provided you didn't say it too loudly or within earshot of a flight attendant, nothing. A vociferous "howdy" bellowed from one end of the plane to the other would probably raise a few eyebrows.

depends on where you are flying to, if you were flying to somewhere like iran where they still practice corporal punishment you d probably find yourself on a death sentence, otherwise you d probably be under a court marshal or summing!!
