I guess, any one for that matter wants to remain at sweet 16. BUt as u also know it is not possible and u have to pass that age and further to reach to give birth to a baby girl who will attain sweet 16. And this will go on and on and on for ever.

I wouldn't want to be 16 again. I hated it. Maybe 25, that's a good age.
