I liked somerfield because the prices were cheaper compared to tescos which sales items were only reduced by a couple of pence whereas somerfield price reductions were more severe. Unfortunately our nearest ASDA is a 40 minute drive away

Closest store is a tiny family owned business.. $$$
Then we have a Piggly Wiggly.. $$$
I try to head into town about 45 miles away and shop at Angelis..
Heard WalMart's Super Center is coming.. again, 45 miles away.. but worth it.
Wish we had a Woodman's though..

I tend to use Tesco. It's value range is pretty good, and with two kids who could eat for England, it helps make the money go a bit further.

Marks & Spencer. Good range of organic fruit and veg. All their fruit and veg is of very high quality albeit expensive. Making efforts on more humane farming, fishing.

I shop at Food Lion and Wal-Mart. When I was in the UK, I shopped at ASDA and Tesco.
