cheeky chic: I'll do you one better. Why make assumptions about people that you don't know? I'm in my 30's, and served in the military for 6 years...doesn't mean I have to say yes sir, 3 bags full, on this stinking president. You do realize he is bringing us near the brink of global anarchy, don't you?

I am proud to be working for $3 an hour less than I was making four years ago. My fuel bill has better than doubled under his leadership and I can only afford to eat, work [even more than I would like] and sleep. I have given up on the American dream or better put I have lost faith in our political system. I have decided to never reproduce or enter a complicated relationship, which means that I will die a lonely person. But at least I won't be creating another second class citizen.

Well, imagine if you were in Bush's position, why would you have done better for the American people? Excuse me for answering your question with a question, but as a president, there are lots of things to be done, political wise or not. I know since the war on Iraq, Bush's popularity has dropped tremendously, because of anti-war advocates. Nonetheless we Americans voted for him twice in his presidency, so we shall have faith and support in what he does in terms of exercising his rights for the best of Americans' interest toward the end of his term.

"CHeeky Chic" dares people to grow up. When someone changes her diapers, she'll realize that "backing up" someone who is not good for the country, who has made serious financial, and governmental blunders, and is'nt called for it, does'nt deserve backing. Voters should never "back" someone blindly, no matter what political party they endorse, or espouse. It means that YOU need to grow up. And when you make blind, unthinking comments, it means you are afraid to grow up, and use your own brain. If you are far more than willing to "back" someone blindly, it shows that you are uncapable of free thought, and reason. People like you abuse the voting privilege.

He's made me an enemy to my fellow Americans. He's told them that if I don't support him then I am unpatriotic.
He's made it so that every political subject is about him and divided this country in two turning American against American.
He's shown me that greed goes way up the chain of command.
He's shown me that loyalty has no honor in it.
He's taught me that propaganda still plays a major role in shaping the thoughts of those who can't think for themselves.
He's shown me that democracy will not last longer than the Roman empire.
He's taught me that it doesn't matter if your vote counts, but the fact that you get to vote that matters.
He's shown me that coke heads can be president.

He is office to serve and protect the United States. What have YOU done for the US lately. Have you supported her troops. Have you helped the poor. Have you served it's people? See, you can't complain about it unless you are doing the same.

made me feel safer. I know it sounds corny, but its true. The fact that bin Laden and his cronies are appearing on video tape says something about our progress.
