i live in gran canaria so i miss a lot of the old programs i used to watch,and i recieved an email about internet tv and was wondering what the catch was or if its safe to download on my computer?

You can go to abc.com and watch a few of their programs on line. I missed an episode of Lost one week and just went to the site and watched it there. I think they have about 4 or 5 of their programs available. If they're doing it the others won't be far behind.

Yet if you are searching for some specific series or so, I would recommend that you'd download the whole serie instead of watching it via Internet. A disadvantage of watching it via Internet is that it uses a Buffer. That can sometimes get clogged and the show could freeze once in a while.
