Myspace.com or friendster.com are great. There is also a new site called tagworld. Within these sites just go into groups and join the most popular poetry groups. You can post a poem or two and ask people to critique or just ask them to check out your site. You could actually completely move you site right onto myspace. Musicians do this and then they send out requests for people to be their friends. You will get a lot of activity this way and a lot of people reading your poems. There is everything neccessary to make your own web page and link to you site.
