I'm going to be starting highschool in September, and I was wondering what kind of bag I should get. I want something affordable, that can hold all my folders & notebooks, that is still fashionable & easy to use. I'm not really the biggest person, so I don't want something huge. Thanks so much. Go to a office supply store like staples and
review what they have in stock for totes and
backpack styles. This will give you an idea
on what is being used this year. The mall
you normally shop at will also have a number
of them in a wide amount of stores. Have a
terrific time at high school. Shopping, with
a good friend to see if it what you'd like or
if it looks to large would be fun.

Messenger bags are in. Go to http://www.thehottees.com and look in the left sidebar. At the top of the sidebar it says browse products. That is a dropdown menu. Go down to "msgr bag" and it will take you to all of their messenger bags. There are like 3 pages. I ordered a tote from there and got it within a week. It looked great.
If you don't like their designs, their homepage has a link at the bottom that says something like get unique gifts here. That takes you to a bigger marketplace. You can type in a search for messenger bags or you can search for a specific type of design. For example, if you like horses or fairies or your school mascot, type it in and see what you get. Depending on where your at, well it doesn't really matter you can probably get it shipped to you:
There is a company in Maine called LL Bean that sells backpacks, bags, letter carrier bags and other things that you can get with your name or a nickname on. I think I ended up paying 45 bucks for mine, but it also comes with a lifetime guarantee and can be replaced if something happened to it (IE: rip, tear, letters fall out)
Many people consider LL Bean fashionable
