see people like that are just straight up assholes....one thing i have learned from dealing with ugly neighbors is that i always no matter what remain calm...if that's the biggest thing she is doing bag it and bring it to her door....then calmly ask her to please keep her dog **** to herself... if she continues to bother you tell her...and i love this one because i always use it....threaten to have your lawyers deal with it and charge her with harassment....it shuts people up and gets things done...good luck to ya!
