You absolutely need to contact a CPA to get all the paperwork correct. You may be able to get help from your state Small Business Administration office. Don't take chances, get it right from the beginning.

I would suggest Linda a CPA qualified Tax Advisor. Your Tax Laws are different to Australian Tax Law. In Australia's system for the direct selling industry there is a dual tax system in that you only pay tax once in the countries you can operate in.
