3.7 Cubic yards - I assumed you meant concrete.

I take it that you are buying it from the concret works trying to mix that much yourself would be hard work and more expensive in the long run

just ask them they will supply the correct amount and cheaper and easier than DIY

done it it was so easy prepare the area first (ie dig it out) then arrange to be there when it is to be delivered it will be quite wet so it should level on it's own but make sure by raking it out
as it dries you will need to level it to ensure a perfect finish

you need concrete not cement with the size you have given you need 3 cube metres at 5 inch deep put a membrane under first
then level and tamp it later say a couple of hours give it a float finish to iron out the bumps if you eed more info just ask iy my job landscaping and goundworks

You'll need 3.7 cubic yards of concrete.

If you intend to mix your own, and are asking how much cement to buy, I forget how much cement is required per cu yd of concrete. Your supplier can tell you.

CONVERT TO METRIC, 20'= 6.096m,12'=3.65m 5"= 125mm
6.096m x 3.65m x .125mm = 2.7813 cubic metres I WOULD ORDER 3 CUBIC METRES @ 70mm slump, gen 3 for a floor.

take the lenght x the width and divide by 81 will give u yds at 4"...

u have 240 sq ft.....rounded off, u need 3.5 yds.......
