any new piercings should not be soaked for about two weeks. especially in something like chlorene.
and if you do go swimming after the two weeks make sure you clean it well

i would wait about 2 1/2 weeks to 3 weeks, or ask the person who pierced your lip.

my friend waited a week. he was suppose to wait for two but it was in the middle of summer and he couldn't wait for another week to cool himself. nothing happened to his piercing.

DONT GO SWIMMING AT ALL. YOU MIGHT BE SHOCKED BY LIGHTNING WHILE YOUR SWIMMING.
