I keep blowing fuses for my brake lights, no one can tell me why, I never know when they are out. why

Start in the trunk, check the lamps for water infiltration or corrosion you may want to try new bulbs while your in there, from there I would be checking the wiring thruout the trunk. Look for an exposed or pinched wire. Under the dash, below the steering colum, look at the stop light switch attached to the brake pedal Assembly, see that nothing is shorting ,good luck. I love my 94 Grand Marq LS. BTW, do you have wiring for a trailer, if so look hard there.

You will just have to start tracing the short down. Could be anywhere, but I would start looking at anything that you may have done or installed on the car, also I would look under the steering column and where the steering tilts as well.

Sounds like a wire has rubbed through somewhere. Follow above suggestions and good luck. Things like this take time.
