Who remembers when "tight rolling" your jeans was cool?

LOL I would not leave my house unless my pants were rolled EXACTLY RIGHT. I had penny loafers too, but that was a few years before tight rolling. LOL thanks for bringing back this funny memory!

I am in my mid-20s and I remember when this was cool. I look back now and wonder what the heck we were thinking?!?!? I think penny-loafers were a while before the tight roll. I had a pair of them but I was like 5.

I didn't wear loafers. But in the '80s, we wore big hair, big shirts, tight acid-washed jeans that we tight-rolled, fluffy cheerleader socks and high-top classic Reeboks or Converse. We thought we looked cool.

That was THE thing to do in the early 90's. Ugh. I feel so dirty having done it! I wasn't part of the penny loafers crowd. It was all about brightly colored hightop sneakers. *shudder*
