Hearts don't mend over night. But if you can get into a normal routine despite your hurt and lonely feelings, this will help you out. First, you have to get out and be with your friends. Never isolate yourself. Each morning when you wake up, have a game plan. Shower, dress nicely, and get out in the world. Avoid places that has to many memories. Believe it or not, some kind of physical work or exercise, is the best thing to release tension that is mounting up inside you. Take it moment by moment, then day by day, and before long you will feel yourself being happy and returning to the world of the living. I suppose we have all been down that road at one time or another. It doesn't make us feel good knowing that, but it should help you realize, you can survive this. Hang in there! "Out of something bad, always comes something good."

Cry as much as u can get it all out and dont hold 1 tear back honestly u'll feel great after. i no it sounds silly but just cry -x-
