What do you mean the same kind of blood? Do you mean that you have the same blood type? You can still have a baby together if you have the same blood type.

Wait, your name is Migel. Are you a guy? If so it's impossible for you and your boyfriend to have a baby together. Sorry, try adoption.

I am assuming that you are talking about blood type. Nothing bad is going to happen. Depending on what blood type you are referring to the blood type of your unborn child will get the type of the predominant gene. I can’t remember which blood type is the dominant one. For example if you are type A- and your boyfriend is type A- and you also carry the passive gene for another blood type say O-. When you chart it all out you can show these two types of blood will have offspring with this type of blood. In theory that is how everything about you is determined, from eye and hair color to who gets diseases.

if you mean by bloodtype, and it's the same, i don't think there is an issue. if your positive and negative is different, or you have different blood types, then you need to be tested by a medical doctor and ask him / her. there is something they can do for that now, i think in your first trimester.

if you mean you are from the same family, then please seek psychological guidence.
