Never lie to a girl. They have great BS detectors. Pick one feature that you honestly find attractive and tell her straight and simple. If she like it then tell her why you find that feature attractive in sensory rich language.
Unless you are already in an intimate, sexual relation, make sure the feature is not anywhere on her torso...
