That depends on whether you consider something like swapping in the engine from a mid '90s Prelude VTEC to be spending a lot of money or not. Because that is going to be what it will take, as you want to more or less double the original horsepower. A high pressure turbo buildup will also get you there but is likely to run even more than the engine swap would.

I suppose you could try giving it a 100 hp hit of nitrous. That would only be cheap if you do not need your engine to last more than two or three passes down the dragstrip.

If you have it you are going to use it thus there goes the life of the whole drive train and here comes the traffic tickets. I take it your young so you are not going to hear anything any older person tells you. If you want speed get a street bike, more speed for the buck. No, I bought a Furry, then a 396 'Vett then an airplane then a faster plane. Do as I say, not as I did but if I could do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing.
