How much should I charge for ESL tutoring?

I am a 20 year old community college student in California, and I want to help people learn English. I am an English major, and I know that I have little experience, but I would like to know how much I could charge based on my experience and capabilities.

I think $10 per hour should be fair. When you graduate and have more experience, you can charge more.
