Baking cinnamon buns is a pretty good one. I don't even like cinnamon buns all that much, but the smell of them baking is heavenly.
Here's a fun thing to do: Buy a package of fresh cinnamon buns, and take them on the bus going home. When you get on, track the expansion of the smell on the bus by the wave of people going "ahhhhh" and relaxing.
Now that's aromatherapy for everyone!

Well, it is kind of hard to explain..since it really isnt just one smell, but a mixture of smells. I live in Northern Canada, and we have alot of lakes and marshes and pine and spruce and poplar trees, wildflowers...At night when it cools down the forest gives off all of these scents mixed together and it is the most beautiful smell in the world, every time I drive down south to visit my family on the way back at night I always know when I am getting close to home because of the forest fragrance, and I love it, I have more memories tied to that smell than any other and it reminds me of sunsets over the lake, campfires at night, fishing and conoeing and all of the beauty of the wilderness thats why I love that smell...I call it "the scent of the north woods" lol

There are several thousand smells or aromas that stir my senses like the smell of fresh cilantro, or ripe mangoes, but without a doubt one smell I find irresistable is Vanilla. There's nothing like it. And when women wear Vanilla perfume it drives me wild. Sounds almost cannibalistic but it's purely aromatic in origin. The combination of fresh cooked lamb and rosemary is an aromatic match made in heaven.

Jasmine.
Apart from the fact that it smells gorgeous, we used to have jasmine creepers around the main entrance to my parents' home when I was a child. Whenever you entered the house you entered with the fragrance of Jasmine... so the smell brings back nostalgic memories for me too...

My favourite perfume, because it reminds me of my first holiday with my husband. We went to New York, it was amazing. Even the weather was good, it was November and we didn't need warm clothing coz it was warm enough for tshirts.
