On Internet pages about universities, I always find these two words... "undergraduate admissions", "graduate programs", etc. what do they mean? I'm a high school student about to graduate, so I'm trying to understand this. English is my second language, so sometimes I get confused. Please, help!

Undergraduate refers to Bachelor's Degree programmes (BA=Bachelor of Arts, BSc=Bachelor of Science). Coming from high school, these are the types of programmes in which you'll be enrolling. Graduate programmes are any programmes beyond the Bachelor's level, e.g. Master's, Doctorate. In some instances, a university may refer to its Master's programmes as Graduate and its Doctorate programmes as Post-Graduate.

In the United States the four year course of study at a college or university is called an undergraduate degree program. This undergraduate degree program leads to a baccalaureate degree, i.e. either a bachelor of science (BS) or bachelor of arts (BA). Upon completion of the BA or BS undergraduate degree program the next step is a graduate course of study for either a Masters degree or a Doctorate degree or both. Even after you graduate with a baccalaureate degree you are still considered an undergraduate. It is not until you attain either the Masters or Doctorate that you are considered to have a graduate education.

Undergraduates are those who have not gotten a bachelor's degree yet. You will be considered an undergraduate. I am getting ready to start my master's degree. I will be a graduate student. PhD's are also graduate students. I hope this helps you.

In the American system of Education, typically refers college (after high school) education :
undergraduate - not yet completed a bachelor's degree
graduate - completed a bachelor's degree.

You will graduate from high school, but people will ask if you have a high school diploma, which is typically given in the graduation ceremony. After that no one cares if you are a high school graduate. Unless you didn't graduate from anywhere else.

In English system of Education
You'll rarely see anything about undergraduates.
graduate students normally refers to people enrolled in Master's and Doctorate programs.

Here also, one does graduate from high school, but no one cares afterwards.

An undergraduate is studying for a first university degree (or equivalent). A graduate is someone with a degree already. So "graduate progams" are only suitable for people who have at least a first degree.

Undergraduates work towards a two-year degree (associates) or four year degree (bachelors)

Graduate courses are for people who already have their bachelors and are working towards their masters.

Right now, you only need to concern yourself with undergraduate.
