I saw a tow truck driver drop a big chunk of 4x4 on the road
I told him about it and he didnt seem to care
just said i need that, not concerned about all the damage that could cause as people swerve around it or over it

you probably need a civil trail, personal injury lawyer, pref board certified,
did you get a company name off that truck or license plate number? have you contacted that company?. filed an injury report, or contacted the highway patrol, or the state police? be sure to keep all medical bills & charges, even if your insurance paid some.
you can get re-imbursed.
