As you may have guessed, you're not going to get a good answer for "the best" unless you give some criteria. It's just like cars - what is "the best" car? A Ferrari Testarossa may *look* cool, but it's way expensive and finding a mechanic that knows how to change the oil will be hard. Oh, and the luggage space sucks. A Toyota Camry won't beat a sports car off the starting line, but it certainly rocks if you intend ot drive 11 hours in comfort on a long trip...
And blogs are the same way - what features are important to *YOU*?

I thing yahoo is the best website to set up a blog. I set up one in about 5 minutes with pictures and all. Here's the website.
