im a guy 17yrs , way too underwight just 47kgs and im too skinny want some fat wierd huh??

Eat fast food 3 times a day for 2 months and you should gain plenty of weight.

To gain weight it is good to try not to eat for as long as possible then eat alot until u have satified ur hunger. this may sound weird but if u do not eat for a while then eat your fat molecules will hang on to the food because your body is prepareing for another "starvation" as the one u just did so it will not focus on turning the food into nutrients but focusing on fat cells

Remember gaining weight thru eating a lot is surely not a sensible way. First of all get your medical test thoroughly and I am sure the doctor shall advise you which nutritions are necessary for you with your meals....just follow him in this respect....

fat is unhealthy, lean muscle is what you want. weights using you muscle will help you gain good lean muscle. stop the junk food, stop the pop and move, move, move. get a job at a lumber yard for the rest of the summer and work on weekends. you'll gain muscle mass and feel healthy.

Definitely add lots of lean protein to your diet (lean beef, chicken, fish, seafood). Then, be sure to do weight training to add muscle mass. It could just be your metabolism right now. You may need to wait a couple of years for your body to mature - just be healthy in the meantime!

eat a lot. i advise to eat a lot of food though. not just junk dat will make u gain just fat. eat lots of rice and meats. eat like sandwiches when u feel a craving for a snack.

eat every meal at mc Donald's for 2 month if you eat at home only eat caned or boxed foods and hamburger that's at lest 30percent fat
