Love what Willie has done, but another former Yankee deserves it. Joe Girardi. He's taken a Triple A team with no real Centerfielder. To around a .500 record and 6 games out of the Wildcard.
Three of their pitchers might get Double Digit wins. All of them rookies. The last team to do that the '52 Brooklyn Dodgers. Sorry, my vote is for Joe.

He has to get Manager of the Year. He's done a great job. Joe Torre should get it in the AL if the year can win. With all the injuries it's amazing how the Yankees have made a race of it. Of course Jim Leyland will get it in the AL regardless if the Tigers win or not. He has turned that team completely around.

As a Yankee fan I give all the credit in the world to Randolph. He has done an excellent job as Mets manager.

Not if the Reds beat out the Cards for the NL Central then its Narron because he has done it using a LOT less money.

The mets were supposed to be good this year. Can't give an award for not screwing up the team. It should go to whoever wins the west.
