obviously you aren't looking to buy one. Most major cities have charities that give computers to the underpriviledged but no internet access. If you live in Africa, one of Bill Gates projects is to give out $100 laptops with wireless access.
Assuming neither of these fit your bill, try thrift stores and yard sales at the end of the day.

you could buy one at cuircuit city thats were i got mine and i love it you can even refianace it i assure you will love it these people are just ignorant believe me you will not regret it plus i purchased a sony sayo with everthing hooked up
