That is a legal issue that only your lawyer can answer. It will depend on:
1) the laws in your state
2) how much her income matches up to yours
3) the exact settlement from the divorce
Please seek legal advice before you try to take it into your own hands. You may end up getting into more trouble.

If you were court ordered to pay the payments, then you aren't entitled to the return of the money. However, if you have reciepts from your checks you should be able to take her to small claims court to recover the funds. I would check with an attorney if you are still in the process of dividing the joint property. If your name is no longer on the home and she decided to sell it, you aren't entitled to recieve any of the closing. You will have to take her to court of the money if you want it back.
