Does anyone know how to get sold-out concert tickets for less than scalper prices?

try ebay....maybe someone won some and doesn't want to go and will sell cheap.Try craig's list too

sometimes ebay has good deals on tickets. you can check that.

some of the radio stations also give away free tickets but u have to be 8th or 10th caller when they ask to call.

Craigslist.org. Every now and then someone sells at or close to cost just because they cannot attend.
