Urination after sex actually is a good practice as urine will clear out all the secretions from sexual organs (prostate gland, seminal vesicle, glands of Littre and glands of Cowpers, sperm) that may be left in the guy's urethra. This can also decrease the chance for infection as after ejaculation some secretions (male and female) are sucked back into the guy's penis!! It is worse if after sex, the guy rolls over and smokes a cigarette (like James Bond) and gives the gal second hand smoking and potential lung cancer for both. However, if the guy goes to pee makes sure he comes back to hold you as you need that feeling of being loved after making love. Worst is he goes out watch TV and left you alone in bed, especially when you do not get your "O" yet and feel frustrated!!!!

It aslo occurs after masturbation, and i think it has to do with the neurological pahtwys involved in the eyaculation process. Remember that the prostate gland and seminal vesicles are clopse to the inner urethral sphincter, and they share some of neurological connections(the simpathetic and parasimpathetic efferent ways). Here´s what i think: after eyaculation, the inner urethral sphincter losses it´s tone and opens, allowing de urine content in the bladder to reach and exert pressure over the outer urethral sphincter, provided that the urinary bladder has enough urine acumulated to produce this, like the normal micturition mecanism. Remember this is only a speculation.

Men have a multi-use system. after he has his good time, the liquids are still in there, and urinating finishes the cleaning job. In my case, I start to itch really bad until I do that to empty the tubes.

I really hate that. If I have sex with a woman for more than a couple of hours, I often have to stop and pee before getting to it again.
