Of course they are. Their highest goal is to meet Allah. So their goal is to martyr their women and children by locating armaments in civilian neighborhoods and then blame the "evil" Israelis. No one is fooled except the moronic media.

It has to be remembered that Israel was our main allies in the Middle East when the majority of Arab nations were sided with the Soviet Union. It also has to be remembered that the Soviets oppressed the Christians and the Jews, but gave Islam free reign. Also while the Arabs say they were there first, there has been a Jewish presence when Israel is not going back to antiquity, and while Rome did scatter the Jews, even after 73 C.E. there remained a Jewish presence there. The Arabs want to deny this, but it has been proved via archaeological findings. The Arabs are NOT innocent in this at all, they are not Victims at all. Jordan was created by the Arabs to prevent Palestine from being located there. All of this anti-Jews, and US nonsense is Arab propaganda.

It also has to be noted that we have never supported Israel with by putting our troops into their war. This is not the same for the Arabs. We have put our troops on the ground to keep them out of the fire.

Of course they are. Israel has been given, and made, a very difficult choice. They need to exterminate Hezbollah for the good of all mankind, so they have decided to act anyway, knowing that civilians will die, they will get bad press, etc...

I had hoped that once Arafat died, someone else with an actual desire for peace would step up and things might get better over there, but clearly that is a foolish hope.

Some few Arab leaders have reluctantly decided that Israel is a problem that simply will not go away, and have settled into an uneasy peace with them. Most of the rest still think they have a shot at 'driving them into the sea', so they fund these various terror organizations, and feed their own people propaganda through rigid control of the press and the mullahs. As a result, their people, kept largely ignorant by their leaders' control of schools and media, are kept in a constant state of frenzied hatred, with every action of the already demonized Israelis twisted and distorted into an 'orchestrated malevolence' against all things Arab. This sort of thing still goes on even in the countries that have given up on destroying Israel.

So, yeah, Hezbollah sucks, and they're evil, and all that happy crappy. But they're just a product of Syria's hatred of Israel.

Now, it's not like none of the Arab nations have any reason to be mad about Israel. Up until 1948, that land was a British protectorate gained in their wars with the Ottoman Empire, and it was largely populated by Arabs, with a few Jews here and there.

Then all of a sudden (after about thirty years of Israeli guerilla warfare (which could have been called terrorism, except that it was aimed at military targets)), the British conquerors informed the locals that the land was now a new Jewish nation, another Israel, and the Jews were now in charge.

A lot of Arabs living in the area didn't like that, and a lot of Arabs living around the area weren't too keen on it either. So, the various Arab natons convened a war council with the intent to drive all them 'dirty Jews' into the sea. Meanwhile, a lot of the smarter Arabs living in the new country decided to sell their land and businesses to the new rulers, reasoning that once they'd been driven into the sea, they could just go back to owning it, flush with some Jewish money to make things more comfortable.

But, something went wrong. The Arab alliance didn't drive the 'dirty Jews' into the sea. They got, in fact, their butts kicked, and lost the Gaza Strip, the West Bank, and the Golan Heights in a series of small wars, as Israeli counterattacks rolled over them and occupied these strategic points to secure their borders.

So, the smarter Arabs went to their brother Arabs, seeking a new place to live, and were told to stick it, and sent to go beg for a place in Israel. And they became refugees, forced to live in crappy places because they'd sold all the nice ones to the 'dirty Jews', hoping to reclaim them from their dead bodies. And they were kept that way by their brother Arabs so those worthies would have a constant excuse to make war on Israel until their dream of pushing the 'dirty Jews' into the sea could become a glorious reality.

Now, the Arab nations could decide to suckk it up, admit that those darn 'dirty Jews' are tougher nuts than their nutcrackers can handle, and just make nice. But they've spent the last 60 years raising their populations on fear and hatred of Israel, teaching them that mozzah balls are made with Arab babies' blood, so if they did try to make peace with Israel, their own people would turn on them.

So you see, any conflict in the Middle East involving Israel is a whole lot more complex than it seems.

Often 'terrorists' attack civilian targets, and use crowded civilian areas as their bases. That is the only advantage they have over countries like the US and Israel, who are both packing nukes. The sad thing is that liberals will overlook this, and point the blame at America or Israel, who are obviously doing their best to defeat the enemy, while taking as few innocent lives as possible.

And they were offered to negotiate faith of their two soldiers, but they chose war and until now they killed 95% civilians. Did they change their strategy. No they didn't look the news today.

yes because if they hide there weapons in the city and Israel goes after them and mistakenly kill civilians, the terrorist can get the news media to take pictures of the wounded and show it around the world, which would cause public relations to turn against Israel.
