My fiance and I both work early and he would snore so much throughout the night. I used to get up at night and hit him with a pillow because it bugged me so much. Then he told me to roll him over whenever it bothered me...,mind you, I am not that big and it's hard to roll him over!
Could it be allergies? My fiance had severe allergies and we found a medication to cure it, now he sleeps at night and I don't hear a thing. If not, I'd suggest maybe going to a sleep clinic and testing him out.
Good luck!

Wake him up and tell him to get to bed, of course he is snoring he isn't getting quality sleep on your sofa, the only thing that is going to happen in your house tomorrow is you been overtired through lack of sleep and him having a painful body by sleeping on a sofa, talk to him and tell him its not fair their are two of you in this relationship and sofas and snoring ain't helping.

Isn't snoring the most annoying thing? Can you go sleep in another room, if not wake him up say you are disturbing the neighbors with your snoring and I have to go to work early. Then tell him he needs to go to a dr. they can help with that snoring stuff sometimes.

Although the quickest solution is to put a pillow over his head, it is not the best solution. I know two people who were driven crazy by their spouses' snoring (on man, on woman) and they talked the spouse into going for a check-up. In both cases the spouse had sleep apnea. Treatment of this condition helped both couples. The soring spouses got better sleep, too.

Be open and tell him that he snores and keeps you awake or that it disturbs you. If he cares for you, he will go to a sleep centre and get
himself free of snoring. If he does nothing, he does not really care
so why should you?

Snoring can often be caused by a medical problem such as sleep apnea (which is a very serious condition that can actually be life-threatening). I would suggest you have him checked out by a doctor.

make him sleep sideways, it will lessen the snore. People snore sometimes because of an obstructions in their airways especially if they sleep down on their back.

coax him into having acheck up one cannot be too sure. onthe other hand get him to change position preferably lie on his side it could simply be an obstruction while sleeping. my 22 month old baby does it also. the doctors say he was not properly sucked at birth he is a section baby.i dont know if it lingers into adulthood.
