Call without telling him your going to do it, that way it takes him by surprise. Other than that go and talk to them in person and let them know how he does and hurts his self and put the blame on you.

Has he ever hit you and left a mark on you? If so have someone to take a picture of it. You need to go to a friends house some where and have the police called in so they can make a report of it. One thing that you really do need to do, is go to the court house and file for protective order against him. The police can't really do anything until you have that piece of paper in your hands. It will not stop him from hitting you but it will give the police the right to be able to do something with him.

Been down that road my self. He was always trying to get me in trouble, when it was him doing it. Been out of it for over 10 years and I love the freedom that I have and feel now.

The police can give you a referral to a battered womens shelter. They probably will not take your animals, but you have to protect yourself first. I noticed your other post that you felt dead inside, it that's the reason why, I'd say you have some seriouse self esteem issues and a shelter will be able to refer you to someone to assist with that which the cops may not be able to do.

You need to go the police department and take out a restraining order. Possibly getting a lawyer involve might help. Also try video tape, tape recorder, snap a picuture if you have too. Good luck on your situation. Always here to talk if you need it.

You need to see an attorney, and since it appears you and he no longer have a marriage, you need to get out of it. Place your animals with a rescue place or with your friends. He sounds like a controlling nutcase. Real question is Why are you still there???

GET OUT!!! If he is abusing you get help. If he won't leave then YOU need to! Get as far away as you can. Call the police and tell them that you fear for your safety and get a restraining order. Be brave I know this is scary for you.
Good Luck
