just slide it back over the wheel studs. if it is a heavy wheel, just line one hole up to take the weight off, let the rim rest on the stud, and rotate the wheel until the rest line up. Then torque the lug nuts in a criss cross pattern to 70-80 ft lbs.

Use a Shovel or a Rake! Um reverse the procedure.

put it back on the car..and put the lugs on to hold it to the car...tighten them with a lug wrench..
