I 'm going to this special event in 4 weeks and I want to lose at least 10 fifteen tops to fit into this old dress of mine. any ideas with out starving myself?

Don't starve yourself. Just avoid eating too much.
Don't eat or snack anything 3 hours before bedtime.
10 lbs in 4 weeks may be not realistic or healthy. Get a new dress and love the way you look.
Consult a nutritionist if you think you really have a weight problem.

Start by eating foods that will give you energy.

This is so simple. Eat regular, just get up in the morning BEFORE YOU EAT and excercise for 20 minutes pretty hard. Then excercise 20 minutes in the afternoon. If you do this for four weeks, I promise, 10 pounds are history!!!!

Dont eat at night time. Just have some fruit for dinner. You will lose 20lbs in 4 weeks. And yes exercise for an hour atleast. You gotta really sweat it out to lose all those calories and fat. Good Luck!

It's very simple everyday run between 2-4 miles everyday and watch what u eat and of course smaller portions but do have all 3 meals and don't eat 3 hours before u go to bed.

Eat nothing bt fruits and vegetables. Drink green tea. Work out for an hour for 4 days a week.

Try cutting out all soda, and every liquid except ice cold water, your body actuallyy has to work to heat up the water for digestion, and actuall burns calories. And since water has no calories, your set. It also helps to break up meals instead of 3 big meal and eat 6 smaller meals.
